Zack, the late model HD3500 trucks have 19.5" tires, one piece wheels. Can put radials on them. I have them on my 54 2-ton. Wheels are 10-lug for both ends, just use 5 on front, usually have a trim ring to cover other holes that goes on before nuts do. One thing that will be diff on older than 54 is the center hole size. 5-1/4" on the 54 up and yours are only 4-3/4" hubs. SO, wheel won't ride on the hub for weight. If you're not really working truck, I wouldn't worry about that and lugs will hold fine. OR, I have always wondered about making a spacer to fill the 1/8" space all around hub/wheel and tack weld to wheel just enough to hold in place. You would probly need a lathe to turn the small peice needed. You should have those trim rings I mentioned to cover the space from veiw when on truck. I also have two trim rings for rear wheels with 10-lug holes if you are interested. You can have for the shipping costs. These rings also spread the pressure around the wheel mount face, a good idea!
