Ford F150 Body

This post should qualify since my F150 4x4 just
qualifies as an 86. The body (cab, bed, front
clip) is pretty much rotted, common for an 86
Ford in Michigan. The frame is strong and I
rebuilding the inline 6 engine. Is is possible
to put the body of an older F100/F150 on the
frame without a ton of fuss? I'm thinking of
finding a 4x2 from the mid-seventies that has a
decent body but is otherwise shot. Thanks!
