8.2 diesel

just bought a 1972 Dodge motorhome with 8.2 diesel and allison auto..Motorhome is junk but runs a-1. Motorhome will be removed and will put a 3/4 ton pickup cab and clip on the frame to use for pulling trailers around....seemed a little doggy when running down the road--QUESTION is --will this unit pull 20,000
lbs at 65-70 mph??? would like to know before going to all the work..
