80s F350s, what faults to look for?

I'm moving from St. Paul to Sioux Falls and am
looking for an 80-86 F350 for the move.
Anyone know of things to look out for? I am
very familiar with the 300-6 and the cab rust
common on these up here in the rust belt of
Minnesota. What else should I look for. I would
consider a 70s F350 as long as it wasn't
