Project trucks (what do you have?)

I thought it might be interesting to hear about some of you projects (proud of or not) ;^)
The project I been working on started off as a 1955 flatbed F250. It was not worth restoring to original so I put the cab on a one ton chevy frame(duelly),utilizing the p/b and p/s, put a 454 engine in and am going to make a dumping bed for it yet. Obviously too many mods to list but you get the drift. My wife calls it my "Johnny Cash" truck cause I have dragged home about 6 other vehichles to strip for parts so I can do things on the cheap.
So whats your project?
