Posted by Jack on October 18, 2002 at 07:42:37 from (208.47.18.61):

I have a clean Silverado(97 model) that is approaching 100k and what my question was,are these engines good to 200k?It uses about 1 quart of oil between changes(Rotella T-15W40).Mine had an injector pump replaced about 2000 miles back under warranty.I know its not a Cummins or Powerstroke but it does all I need. Thanks
