98 Ranger, 3.0, new Jasper eng. w/2,000 mi. ran fine in summer, now cranks but won't fire after sitting in cold; no spark at coil pack; fuel pressure good; changed coil pack, PCM (computer); and crank sensor with no improvement. Local Ford dealer has it and can't find problem. No codes from computer. Help! Thanks, and sorry not an antique, but need advice.
