Carb adaptors- 4bbl to 2bbl ?

Posted by Buck from WV on December 15, 2007 at 06:08:02 from (204.111.35.24):

Does any one know a source for a carb adaptor to take a 4 bbl down to a 2 bbl? --The reason I'm wanting that, in my "building for mpg" project, is that I would like to go to an Edelbrock Duel Plane intake manifold, (they build low end torque and are highly effecient) but they are made for a 4 bbl carb. I think my 2bbl carb will do a better job with the mpg issue so I'd like to keep it.

Thanks!
