62 chevy drums to disc

Hi all, I am new to this group. I recently bought a 62 chevy stepside (8" box). It has all the original drum brakes. I would like to convert to disc brakes front and rear, I have found a few places that sell conversion kits. Does any one know of parts that I could find via, scrap yards, swap meets, ect that I could use, as this would help me keep the cost down.
