I'm not sure, but I think the cabs are the same, but the fenders are different for the larger wheels. The chassis is a lot thicker. The drive qaxle is different, and the brakes are larger. I'm not sure about the 3/4 ton, but the one ton and larger had hydrovac brakes, and the hydro vac unit was larger as the truck became larger. I had a one ton 1952 in the 1970's, and the hydro vac went out. I rent to the truck part store, and they couldn't get a rebuilt hydrovac for a one ton, but had one in stock for a ton and a half, and they told me that would work, it would just stop me faster. It did work. The transmiussion can be different on any sizes. I tried to get a PTO for that truck from the same part store, but they couldn't order one unless I could get the numbers off the transmission, but they didn't know what the numbers were, or where to find them. In the meantime I found a ton and a half dump truck setting on top of a pile of junk at the junk yard and I asked about buying the complete dumping and PTO system, and they sold it to me for $100 if I take it off, so I went home and got my torch and some tools and cut it out and wrestled it out from under the truck and loaded it on mine. The PTO fit my transmission without any trouble. Some logger has that truck now, and the PTO is still working. To make a short story long, try measuring a hinge from a smaller truck of the same age, it might fit. chevyduty.com may be able to help with the part.
