New Process Transmission Needed

I'm in need of a 5 speed New Process trans for my '78 F-600..It originally came with a 4 speed Spicer..The trans thats giving problems is from a mid '60's F-850 330 c.i...Northeast Ohio , Northwest Pa.....My trans is spitting oil and making noise..Time for it to go away...I need a replacement for a quick turnaround...Thanks , Roy
