IHC KB-7

I was looking at buying an IHC KB-7 and putting it on a newer truck frame with better brakes and putting a newer engine in it to pull a gooseneck. Anybody got any ideas or suggestions on an engine that might fit. Like the 5.9 cummins, but pretty sure that won't fit in such a small space + a radiator.
