Put a 54 5 window body and bed on a 84 4x4 silverado short bed frame. The factory 4" lift was accomodated by fabricating custom "L" brackets at the front of the cab and plates for the cab rear and front end supports. Body was adjusted up and down until fit was right and then the brackets bolted/welded to frame. Bed was raised to fit on urethane block spacers and bolted down.
