Hi:

I have a 74 F100 ford half ton (which had been sitting for several years before I got it) which runs rough. I believe the problem is the carb and specifically the front of the carb which has a plunger on it. This plunger drips fuel but when I push on the plunger the truck runs fairly smooth.

The truck has a 351M (it was rebuilt and may not be original) with a standard 2 barrel carb.

Can I just replace this front plunger?

Thanks
PamND
