In looking up something on an Eagle tractor,I found my Fed-Mogul bearing catalog listed "Eagle Truck And Tractor". The catalog generally covers 30s and 40s, but the only Eagle truck I can find was built in St Louis, 1919-28, while the tractors were built up thru 49 in Appleton, Wisc.
There's no yr/model list, just a batch of Buda, Cont and Herc engines; none of the Buda or Cont's show in my 36-49 Truck manual, but a couple of the Hercs do.
Was there some kind of low prod, specialty or const. off-road Eagle in the 30s and 40s, built in Wisconsin?? Any comments appreciated; many thxx!
