truck over heats

MY 53 F250 FLATHEAD OVER HEATS WHILE DRIVING,TEMPATURE COMES BACK DOWN AT IDLE,AND WILL NOT OVER HEAT WHILE IDLING HAD TRUCK IDLING FOR OVER AND HOUR,AND AS SOON IA I SART DRIVING TRUCK GOT HOT,BOTH THERMOSTATS AT NEW 160 DEGREES
AND RIGHT SIDE OF ENGINE IS HOOTER THAN LEFT SIDE BY 30 DEGEES TRUCK HAS 2 WATER PUMPS AND 2 THERMOSTATS ANY SUGESTIONS??
