64 chevy truck engine swap

I have a 64 chevy truck with a 230 six , I am thinking about swaping it for a 350 , I dont have to much experience , what do I need to know as far as engine mounts and transmission match up , what is the difference between the 2bolt and 4bolt main, any info would be greatly appreciated , thanks
