drivers door for 62 to 66 dodge pickup

I am looking for a new old stock,new old stock replacement, or very good rust free drivers door for a 1962 to 1966 dodge truck. It is the pull handle style. All the used doors I find are rusting through from the inside out along the bottom, by the drain holes and through the inside panel so that a new skin wont even help.
