Grumpy on March 07, 2004 at 15:15:47: I also have a 54(55 1st series) 2 ton 6400 and need wheels/rims. I've located several places to get the old tires, 8.25 X 20 and 7.50 X 20, but the wheels and rims are more difficult and no one locally wants to change them. I have a late model GM chassis motorhome that has the 19.5 inch ten lug one piece wheels. The bolt pattern matches. I havn't tried it yet, but I wonder if the MH wheels will work with the old 6400's drum brakes. Any comments are welcome. A couple of locations for the old tires are Millers Tires - email (memiller@bright.net) and STEVE JENSEN at NEBRASKA TIRE - FIRTH, NE 68358 -1-800-234-5242 or FAX 402-791-5851
