need some brake helpPosted by Nat on November 09, 2005 at 14:21:53 from (204.116.133.227):
I have a 73 C60 chevy. It is a base truck, with a 292 six and a straight 4 sp trans. I had new slave cyl put on the front because I was losing brake fluid. I don't seem to be losing any fluid now, but my brakes aren't from squat now. The brake boaster is nearly new, and I had good brakes before changing the wheel cylinders, but now when I go to stop, the pedal is hard and doesn't stop to well. Anyone got any ideas? I need to haul some gravel, but not with the brakes like they are now. Later, Nat
