Does anyone know the normal operating range
temperature for the C6 trans in an '87 Ford
351CI? I occasionslly pull tractors and now
a small dozer with my F250. It has a factory
trans cooler in front of the radiator. I'm planning to add an aftermarket gauge so as to
know if and when I'm overworking it.
Has anyone recently added a guage? I'm looking
at "Auto Meter" guages and some are electric
and some mechanical. Any preference here?
