Ford Antique Truck Wire Wheels and caps

A friend of mine bought these off of a guy, got a set of 4, with caps, but not matching caps. 2 straight tread tires, and 2 snow tires, are they Ford, what will they fit, and he would like to know what they are worth. If he can sell them, and make a few bucks, he will, otherwise he will make lawn ornaments out of them.
