Okay, I've been driving Ford pickups all my life, and am pretty familiar with them (or so I thought) and I've been watching them lately on e-bay. What is a 'highboy'? I've seen it applied to 4X4s, and it doesn't seem to mean that they have had their suspensions lifted by aftermarket kits. Whatizzit? I've never heard the term before!
