Dump insert for pickups

I have been looking at ads for dump inserts for pickups. Ez dumper, etc. Anybody got any experience with using them? I can put one in the FSuperDuty for about the same price as taking off the bed and installing a full dump body. It will haul less with the insert but hauling large loads is not my daytime job, just want to do stuff around the place. Plus some of the inserts come out fairly easily so I could use the gooseneck hook up if I needed to
