Re: Need a Transmission plug for a 94 ChevPosted by Scotty on February 04, 2005 at 14:01:33 from (68.58.150.156): In Reply to: Need a Transmission plug for a 94 Chev 3/4 posted by Scotty on February 02, 2005 at 13:08:16: Quick follow up! according to the company that put the transmission in last y ear. Most of them are an "60E" As a matter of fact the Owner of the shop said He had only replaced 2 of the "80E"'s in the last 10 years or so in a 94 chev that he could remember, & was vey surprised that mine was one! He went to a junkyard, & looked at around 30 - 40 Chevy 2500's, & NONE matched the plug on mine. By the way; The plug in question is for the speed sensor I believe. I am driving the truck now; But cant use the overdrive. When in overdrive it shifts straight into 4th gear from 1st. The computer shows that the truck was running 112mph with the cruise set at 55mph, & it was moving at around 55. I would have to crawl under the vehicle to look at the plus. I personally did not see it. Scotty
